Exchange and Return Policy

LoneStar Tracking is happy to offer it’s customers a 30 day, no question asked exchange or return policy.  If for what ever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us via chat, email or phone to obtain an RMA.  Refunds will be issues within 7 days of LoneStar Tracking receiving the device.  

Devices must be in good physical condition and fully functional to qualify for a refund.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to LoneStar Tracking.

The customer is responsible for installation/maintenance/service costs associated with the equipment.  No installation/maintenance/service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
